Pedals de Foc Non Stop: MTB Ultra Marathon

Lee Parish, 30th January 2017

Now in its 12th edition, the PDF endurance event is a challenging 213km route in the high mountains with an accumulation of 6,200m of climbing. The scenery is breath-taking and truely unique as you circumnavigate the d’Aigüestortes National Park, riding at an average altitude of 1,600m but passing over mountains as high as 2,268m. The route is not technical and is designed to be flowing.

When - What - Where

Winning times are around 10.5 hours (see the results for 2016) for the full 213km. It's long, so the organisers offer you the option of splitting the route into 2 days, taking care of your luggage and booking your accommodation. Registration takes place on the 30th June and it will be a mass start on Saturday 1st July 2017.
