Lakes & Swimming
Home to thousands of shimmering pristine lakes, tarns and waterfalls scattered amidst alpine meadows and awe-inspiring mountain scenery, the Pyrenees is an idyllic place for hiking and swimming.
At lower altitudes, there are several swimming lakes within 10km of our home, all of which have shaded picnic areas and easy access to the water from grassy banks. Wetsuits are not needed during the summer months.

Swimming for Triathlon

Being at one with Mother Nature, practicing yoga at an impressive waterfall. From discussions we can provide an itinerary that includes maps, cafe stops and a short hike to see this waterfall.
The Pyrenees is abundant with pristine mountain rivers - perfect for walking, relaxing, meditation or a place for Yoga!
Taking a power shower at a local waterfall within walking distance of our house. When the tempreatures climb into the high 30's or even above 40 degrees celcius, many people rejuvenate themselves here and relax in the coolness of the gorge.
